DEFINITION

During our initial contact, we will talk about your goals and how we will attain them. CONSULTATION
At this point, we will research how your competition is using the internet. By doing this, we can focus our resources on giving you the best, cleanest, and most streamlined website in your marketing space. With background information on your market demographics and your competitors' activity, we will then meet with you and discuss the best means to set you ahead of your competition.

After our meeting, we implement a site layout plan (a blueprint outlining how your website will lay out). If database work is required, we incorporate a database specification into your site architecture. Also identified are your project's timeline and cost estimate. This information is transmitted to you for your review and approval.

DESIGN
Now our creative machine is set into motion. Using the site architecture, New Horizon Interactive will develop several conceptual designs. These designs are placed in our exclusive Client Online Access area.

CLIENT ONLINE PROOFING
When you become a customer, an area is created for you where you can check your project's progress, view concept designs, test your website's functionality, request changes, post comments, and exchange ideas in real-time with the actual creative and technical developers who are working on your site.

Once a design concept is selected, our technical staff begins any programming that will be required. Again, throughout this process you will have complete real-time access to your site's progress through our exclusive Client Online Proofing site.

TESTING
After our programmers have completed the required coding for your website, we will test your completely functional website to ensure its stability. Your site will be put through our performance grinder and will be expected to perform seamlessly. When you're happy with the outcome and we're happy with the site's performance, we'll post the site.

GOING LIVE
When we publish your website online, our job isn't done. We will closely follow-up on your website's success. Part of our design will implement a usage analysis system, whereby we can tell how frequently pages are viewed, where your users are coming from, and how they click through your site. If actual usage data indicates that some changes should be made, we will incorporate those. With a client's approval, we will make sure that the site is listed in search engines (such as Google, Yahoo, AltaVista, etc.).
